Return Notification (Very Important)
Before sending any item back, you must first notify us via email.
Please send an email to [your email address] within 2 days of receiving your order stating:
• Your full name
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Clear photo(s) of the item
Returns sent without prior notification will not be accepted.
Return Window
Items must be returned within 4 days of receipt.
Any return sent after the 4-days window will not be processed.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be in its original packaging
• Be unworn and unused
• Have all tags intact
• Have no damage
• Have no stains
• Have no perfume, deodorant, or body odor
• Be in the exact condition it was delivered
Once we receive the item, it will be inspected.
If the item is confirmed to be in good condition, with no foul smell and no damage, your refund process will be initiated.
If the item does not meet the above conditions, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
Return Shipping
• The client bears the cost of return shipping.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method.
Todun’s Closet is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
Refund Processing
• Refunds will only be initiated after inspection and approval.
• Once approved, payment will be refunded to your original method of payment.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Discounted or clearance items
• Worn or altered items
